Description
This pink coral-hued Brut Rosé sparkling wine allows the vibrant characteristics of Pinot Noir to shine. Gently champagne-pressed, only the purest free-run juice was cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle, or “méthode traditionelle” – the same as in Champagne. En Tirage (on the lees) aging for three years allows for delicate and beloved perlage (bubbles). A minimal dosage is used to enhance the body, flavor, and structure of red berries and citrus, and mingle it with hints of freshly baked bread and light minerality.
